Grrrabuge - The Charter

WHY A CHARTER?

Grrrabuge reflects the wine of tomorrow, and this wine of tomorrow that we love so much, we see as being little or non interventionist.

For greater transparency at the show, and so that all producers can promote their work on an equal footing, a charter (largely inspired by the Syndicat des vins naturels charter) has been drawn up.

This charter, signed by all exhibitors, applies to all vintages presented at the show.

I. Grapes must be organically grown (Organic or Nature & Progrès label), Biodynamic or in conversion.

II. Harvesting is done by hand.

III. Cuvées must contain 0mg/l of added sulfite, but may containup to 20mg/l of added sulfite at bottling, provided this is clearly stated at the show.

IV. Cuvées must be vinified with indigenous yeasts, without filtration, fining, chaptalization or any form of oenological intervention, including thermovinification and cryo-extraction.

V. No chemical or non-chemical inputs may be used in thewinemaking process.
